Webinar: Sustainability Planning -- Developing & Maintaining Match and Family Activities

Wednesday, June 18, 2014
1:00pm - 2:30 pm Eastern

Looking for ways to provide structured match activities on a shoestring budget? Want to keep your parents/caregivers and families involved, but have no idea how to get the resources so you can invite them to attend events? Discover creative ways to leverage your agency’s current relationships and identify new partnerships to support your mentoring program. This training will provide the opportunity for programs to:
1. Brainstorm match activities and events that are no cost or low-cost.
2. Identify the types of resources needed for these activities and events.
3. Determine which agency constituents can provide these resources.
4. Create appropriate mechanisms to make the “ask” and thank donors.

Participants will leave with a template to create their own sustainability plan.
